Born in İstanbul and continuing his professional career in Turkey and abroad at the Turkish Armed Forces (between 1984-2006), Atılmaz voluntarily retired in 2006 and entered the healthcare sector. Between 2006-2009, he worked as “Business Manager” at Gaziantep Gazi Eurofertil IVF Center and as a consultant in the establishment of the businesses of Diyarbakır, Konya, and Samsun Eurofertil IVF Centers; between 2009-2010, he worked as “Business Development Manager” at İstanbul Eurofertil IVF Center; between 2010-2011, he worked as “Hospital Manager” at Gaziantep Private Hayat Hospital; and between 2011-2017, he worked as Hospital Manager at Dünyagöz Hospital Gaziantep. Ayhan Atılmaz, who works on Strategic Hospital Management, is a founding member of PHOENIX IVF Center and serves as the Director.
