Born in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in 1995, Merve Cilasın Armutçu completed her high school education at Girne Anafartalar High School, where she was in the foreign language track. She completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Girne American University and her master’s degree in women’s health and obstetric nursing (thesis-based) at Cyprus Aydın University.
During her education, she began her career as a student nurse at a private hospital and aesthetic clinics in Girne; and after graduation, she spent 9 years working in various IVF centers in roles including IVF nurse, operating room nurse, head nurse, patient coordinator, and general clinical coordinator.
As of June 2026, she has been working as an IVF Nurse/Coordinator at the Phoenix IVF Center.
